Welcome to our 2025 India Blog. Margaret and I will be spending 6 weeks there, starting with the Maha Kumbh Mela Hindu Festival. This event sees millions and millions of pilgrims come to the banks of the Ganges and Yumuna to take a holy dip at the sacred confluence of the two rivers. We will then be traveling to Rishikesh, a centre of temples and ashrams in the foothills of the Himalayas.
